At the close of every year many turn to New Year’s Resolutions. For us, this year we are focusing on aspirations for 2019.
What do I mean by aspirations?
Statistically about 80% of people fall off the bandwagon with their New Year’s Resolution before February. So instead of becoming a statistic we are focusing on aspirations.
Our aspirations are broad goals we are setting into motion in 2019. They will take time to grow into a reality. We are setting up our milestones to see our wins throughout the year.
What are our aspirations?
For example, within California Skincare Supply we are looking to make sure we have all our Standard Orders of Procedures (SOPs) in line. As a business owner I need to make sure my customers are taken care of even if I can’t be there. We need to review all our processes at the start of the year. This will help us see what is working and what isn’t. So, for milestones we need to reflect, organize, prioritize, write, and commit to implementing these SOPs.
What are aspirations you have for your business?
We plan on building on what we already have for 2B Bio Beauty and ExPurtise. To do this, we need to expand our offerings. That requires a lot of research and vetting on our part to make sure we have the best quality products available to you. We need to do market research. Offer more educational materials. All these things take time and energy.
What milestones will you set to reach your aspirations for next year?
We are also looking to expand our educational offerings to 4-6 times a month. This will help us build relationship. It will help us grow our social media following. Plus, it will really connect us with what you need out in the field for your clients.
Aspirations are different because they don’t just benefit 1 person.
They benefit everyone!
All our aspirations benefit the business of California Skincare Supply. But they also impact all our staff. These aspirations impact you our clients. They will also impact a greater audience with the #TheSkinGames.
