How We Embraced Change

Over the last few years we have been refining and making California Skincare Supply the best it can be.  However, that doesn’t mean we are anywhere near done. With all of our New Year’s Aspirations underway we are taking on Quarter 1 of 2019 strong.  

Does your New Year’s Resolution or Aspiration have staying power?  Or as we approach February is it quickly fizzling away?

So How Did We Do It?

We decided to be the expert in our field. And over the years you our loyal customers have been willing to try something new.

Because here at California Skin Care, we know that change can be scary! Back in 2014, we took a huge risk (and spent a huge amount of money!) on rebranding. We updated our old trade show booth and web site.  We went from just Facebook to 6 social media platforms. And as you might remember we brought in M.A.D. Skincare.

We decided we had to work through our business plan. To become experts on our new products. This could not have happened without being surrounded by support and having a strong customer base. We not only chose to educate ourselves, but we decided to educate you as well.  Part of our mission is to provide you with the most up to date information about the products we know and love.

Let’s just say the risk was definitely worth the reward!

We could have stayed with what we had always done. But then our business would not have had the opportunity to grow. We might not have found you!

Surround yourself with supportive people, and commit to taking a chance on making a positive change! Best of luck to everyone!

Don’t Force Things on People

The biggest thing we did was to allow people to go that were not in alignment with our vision for California Skincare Supply.  You can’t force new products and services even if it’s the best thing for your client. It’s never smart to force things on people!

Some of your customers may want to stick it what has been working for them. Respect their “No, thanks!” and don’t let it discourage you.  

We are constantly growing and changing.  And we let go of products that aren’t working for you our customers and keep products that do. It is all about listening to the voice inside of you – your intuition.  That is how we grew and continue to grow.
